Refund & Return Policy — Plaga Zero

We want every Plaga Zero order to arrive safely and exactly as expected. Please review our return and replacement policy before purchasing.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

• Unopened and unused
• In its original packaging
• In the same condition in which it was received
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

For safety and product-integrity reasons, opened, used, mixed, diluted, or partially used products cannot be returned or refunded.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the wrong product was shipped by us. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Broken Products

Replacement orders are provided only when a product arrives broken, leaking, or damaged during shipment, or when we shipped an incorrect item.

Damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide your order number along with clear photographs of:

• The damaged product
• The original packaging
• The shipping box or mailer
• The shipping label

Please keep the damaged product and packaging until your claim has been reviewed. Do not ship a leaking or damaged pesticide product back unless we specifically provide instructions for doing so.

Once approved, we will provide a replacement for the affected item. Replacement requests are subject to verification.

Refunds

Approved returns will be inspected after they are received. If the return meets our requirements, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

We do not provide refunds for products that have been opened, used, mixed or applied, or because a customer did not achieve their expected results. Product performance can vary depending on the pest, infestation, environment, preparation and application.

Shipping & Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Plaga Zero is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or for packages delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has entered fulfillment or has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must meet our return requirements to qualify for a return.

Important Product Notice

Customers are responsible for reading and following all product label directions, precautions, storage instructions, application instructions and disposal requirements.

Misuse of the product, failure to follow label directions, or use inconsistent with the product labeling does not qualify for a refund or replacement.
